Exactly!! I loved JL. I have no idea why the critics hated it, but the audience seemed to like it. I've read enough critical reviews and watched enough rants online to know the audience does not like this movie. I hated it, and I'm not a troll or a racist white male. I'm a black liberal/progressive female. This movie sucked!!

it isnt trolling because thursday night when I went to see the premier it was over 90% user rating. Once I got home the first thing I went to do was down vote it on imdb and rotten tomatoes and it was already at 57%!

Did you read any of the reviews? I read a large number of them and some of the negative reviews are amazingly well thought out. In fact most of the 4-5 star reviews were bots and trolls with one line or nonsensical comments.

Disney doesn't care about the red pill trolls who are review bombing the film right now. When the trolls move on to the newest "feminist liberal media propaganda" that Rush and Trump send them to attack, the audience scores will rebound. And history will see this as a great film. Just like history will shake its head at you sad little manbabies who can't stand seeing an all-female bridge crew.
You need to see a doctor and get tested for excessively high estrogen levels, sister.
shareWhat are you talking about? This crazy narrative that only men hate this movie is ridiculous. I'm a woman, and I hated this movie! Why? Because it sucked. The movie was one long drawn out, boring chase. The characters responded in stupid, illogical ways to further the plot. For instance, why wouldn't Laura Dern just tell Poe and everyone else the plan so they would know what was going on?!? Why keep them in the dark?!? What was the point of that?!?
And what was the deal with the force?!? If Rey isn't linked to an established force family, why is she so suddenly good at something that everyone else had to train in and study for years?!? Is the force something that anyone can pick up now. You hear about the force and suddenly you're mind controlling ppl?!?!? Really?!?! Her parents can be nobodies, but that still doesn't explain her instant force ability!
And don't get me started on Finn and how he's being wasted. Or how Luke was disrespected! This movie was a mess. I'm definitely done with this series.
Only George Lucas retaking the reins could bring me back!
