They did it for Dumbledore in Potter.
They did it for Harriet Winslow in Family Matters.
I think they should do it for Leia in Episode 9.

I agree.

I think Leia is vital to giving this long story a happy ending, largely because she's the only major character who isn't a complete idiot.

I think they said last year that Leia won't be in Episode IX at all.

I heard Kathleen Kennedy say that "Carrie" won't be in Episode IX, not "Leia."
