Whats the best order to watch Star Wars?

I would watch them in release order, and would include the spin-off movies.

Start with Harmy's Despecialized Edition of Star Wars, it is among the closest you can get to the original impression.
There is a valid point of ending here or just watching it for a second time.
Star Wars is not the kind of Fantasy that profits from filling out all the gaps.

Since it is a stunning movie with analog effects at their peak, there is a Despecialized Edition for The Empire Strikes Back.
