Nina Dobrev is going to be starring in season 4?

this may be OLD... but is there any truth to it.. that she is going to have a major role in season 4? nans possibly starring as Katherine pierce i seen a few articles on it.

OK i hate elena// katherine is kind of meh.. i mean as a villian yeah but anything else meh.. though.... if she was on the show it would boost ratings maybe which is good nd a s5.. cause tvn fannies would maybe watch and attract viewers back..

I know it is not confirmed but u think it is likely??/

Well her Cage movie isn't doing that well in the US...
Anyhow precious snowflake Elena doesn't fit in NOLA. Katherine once outsmarted Klaus and he killed her family including her little sis for that; in TVD S4 he wasn't over it, even if Katherine's lover Elijah begged for it.
So I don't think so, even if Katherine was the one telling him about the witches' plan involving Hope.

There is no truth, it was a tabloid rumour. Nina Dobrev also has her career- and even a bad XXX movie is more mainstream publicity than the CW offers so apart from one last shout out for Julie Plec on TVD, I don't see her doing any new roles for the CW. No Nina, as Elena/Katherine/Amara/Tatia, unless it's archive footage on The Originals.

I will not be surprised if Nina makes an appearance as Katherine (after escaping from hell somehow. There is a lot of speculation about that) IN TO but Elena's presence in TO does not make sense.

Saying that, how about as Tatia? Some flashback?

BUT I just cannot see Nina doing any role in these shows. She has other projects going on, no?

I have been meaning to point this out for the past two hours but got busy that if it were true there would have been rumors of NINA on TO set way before today since they have already stopped shooting TO and I dont recall hearing anything about NINA being on set during the time they were shooting.
