She had a phone line in the security hut she was working in and there are also phones in the museum where she locked up Ben stiller and his look alike caveman.

There were phones everywhere.

She went to her phone, they destroyed it, they locked her in her hut with no phone. Once she falls in love she doesn't care about the late night visitors.

Because then there wouldn't be a movie? She was just there to be comic relief, so if you have her go for help and that help stops them then the good guys are all taking down.

You really want the movie to end with Larry being taking away in Cuffs and fat Amy standing there with her tongue out?
