Jill is too selfish

The thing that annoyed me the most in this show was how Jill acted towards her father. It seemed unfair in Season 1, but let's say I understood why she did it. In Season 2, however, when she's supposedly "okay", the minute something is off between Kevin and Nora, she quickly blames HIM. When she found out about his mental problems, she was more upset that Nora left than worried about her own father. She's like "fix it". Wth, some compassion wouldn't hurt. Jill cared more about her dream of having a family than her father's well-being. What do you think?

I agree with you...but; if I were in Jill's shoes, I think I'd react the same way.

Jill is no worldly 30-something...

She is a kid; and kids want normalcy; EVEN WHEN there is no normalcy to be had.

I totally agree with you. Jill is a selfish brat. I know she's been through a lot with her mother leaving her, but I don't like the way she treats her dad. What's crazy is that he's the parent that actually stayed with her.

Kinda funny-crazy, but sometimes it's just how it works.

You blame the parent that stayed BECAUSE, in your mind, if they had been a better person/done more/tried harder they wouldn't have driven the other parent away; OR, the other parent wouldn't have left.

Go figure.
