Canticle episode (15 Jan. 2017) - missing credit

I've checked but I cannot find any credit for the character of the Reverend Golightly.

I think it is Paul Bown from Watching, a series that ran from 1987 to 1993.

He does seem terribly familiar to me.

Does anyone know? Can anyone check the final credits at the end of the episode? That's not possible for me as I don't have access to the iPlayer or ITV Hub of UK TV channels.
