I gather he's hung up on his partner's daughter...but she always reacts to him like he's a lovestruck teen she's just not into him.
shareWell, as we know from the 'Morse' series, he does spend the rest of his life morbidly single, lol. Scattered with brief attempts at relationships that never work out.
It makes watching 'Endeavour' very bittersweet, because even though we know what we know, you watch his tentative love interests with a desperate hope that this one is the one -- knowing that nothing "sticks." :(
Yes, and he is sadly developing his famous "crusty, outer shell of self-loathing" this season. It is very sad seeing him trying to reach for that human connection to anyone, something, but never getting there.
Do the books explore the child,Endeavor? I want to know how Morse came to be such a loner.
