I find James Franco appealing as an actor

I liked him in that Oz movie a little while back. He can be very appealing when his character calls for that.

Didnt he play a real bad guy not too long ago? I got to look.
Oh, right..Spiderman as the Green Goblin's son.

Look at his page.He has mega work lined up. He has been VERY busy. Rightfully so.
He was a sleeper star.

he is also so talented. where he has a problem is being up on stage and having to adlib.

I hope to see him in the future. he is very believable.

I was amazed with his acting ability in 11.22.63. Definitely not an easy role and he was brilliant. He truly shows acting range in this and I look forward to his future roles.

If you haven't seen it, you should track down the TV movie he did about James Dean (called, easily enough "James Dean.) I think it came out around 2000. He was phenomenal in it.

I also really enjoyed his take on Faulkner's "As I Lay Dying," though I think the critics hated it.

I was going to start a thread asking, "Franco: Good or bad?" I can't decide, but I like him a lot more than I used to. He seemed pretty terrible in "The Interview", but some say his whole role was an inside joke and that he was playing ____.

I thought he was capable enough in this. Very likable. I suppose I'll have to see him in a few more serious roles, but he seemed well suited to the Jake role.

The actors who played Bill and Sadie's husband were amazing.

I really love him also. He was perfect in this!
