Korean dish?


What was the dish that Chef Carl was creating when he decided to change the menu at the restaurant? I think it was Korean. He had been up all night preparing it.

It was Gochujang, which is a chili paste. Martin complimented it but said Riva would never let him serve it. FYI, gochujang takes weeks or months to ferment so Casper obviously had it going for some time. I had it with bibimbap (Korean mixed rice) in South Korea last month.
