I think he did, probably feeding off the knowledge that banks were as well. Wasnt most of the recent forclosure scam based around the ARM? One month the payments are 1500 next they are 2600 type of thing? All i know is many of the forclosures were illegal and some people were not even late on thier home payments and were literally never even served any papers until sheriffs were on the porch to evict. I am surprised there were not more shootings and killings with how many ppl were being forced out suddenly.
