Boy time goes by....

Laura Dern was beautiful in her youth. Not the most beautiful woman ever, Brooke Shields, Jennifer Garner, Jane Seymour, Bo Derik to name a few were much more beautiful, but she certainly was far from ugly!

She really IS old enough to be a grandmother, I checked the actor's ages, my rule of thumb is if the age of a character is not told or made obvious in a movie I assume the actor and character are the same age. She is only sixteen years older than her "son" in this movie but thats old enough. Because there is slight variance in how well people age you do have a few years "wiggle room" so they could have made her 20 or 21 years older than him in this and that would have worked.

You got to admit for a GRANDMOTHER she is beautiful!

Damn I am only around five or six years younger, now I feel old!
