Could someone please explain the bit when John wick asks "how good is your laundry" ? And the guy at the hotel reception replies "no one is that good" I don't understand what John was actually asking. I'm assuming he wasn't really asking about the hotels laundry service. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

He really was asking about the laundry because his shirt was covered in blood
and getting blood out of a white shirt is impossible

Not to mention he had been stabbed with a bottle, No laundry is "that good"
