Pretty terrifying (Spoilers)

I pictured myself in their shoes and first off, I wouldn't have been up there to begin with. That being said, had I been up there, I don't know what would've scarier, seeing the bear or not seeing the bear. The whole attack scene was disturbing. The shots of the boyfriends body and face being completely mangled was just too freaky.

Pretty good survival horror.

Yah that attack scene right down to the body shot right towards the end of the scene was messed up. Also when his face is getting swiped at and there's one scene where you see the left side of his mouth ripped open. Dang.

reply

Yeah say what you will about the movie, they did a great job with that bear attack scene. I was disturbed.

The bear attack scene was amazing. Watched it with my gf and i've never seen her that uncomfortable. It was disturbing and very well done.

reply

Yes, I don't think i've seen anything quite so disturbing and that seemed so real. The whole scene was extremely well executed. My attention was actually starting to dwindle at about that point but the bear attack pulled me right back into the film. I never realised how horrific a bear attack would be. What probably made it worse was how helpless and petrified he was in front of his girlfriend. I'm not sure I would want to come back from witnessing something like that happen to the person I love.

"Christ kid, you're a weirdo."

One terrifying scene does not make a good movie.
If you want to watch characters you don't care about do idiotic things, have fun.

reply

I found it very scary too, it was a real bear right?. It was tense when you could see the bears shadow.

reply

It was a very in tents scene, I agree.
