Superman could whack Batman in no time. Cos he is SUPERMAN. Batman is just a dude in a batsuit with no superpowers.

Watch the movie. Batman doesn't just show up to a fight and wing it.

If Superman really wanted to kill Batman, he wouldn't even see it coming. Batman knew that Superman would show restraint and used it to his advantage.
