The Making of Outlander: Official Guide to Seasons 1&2

This is due to be released on 18th October.

So is anyone else buying it? I wonder if there will be much new information in it but I am hoping for alot of lovely pictures and tidbits. It was written by Tara Bennett who created the companion "September's Notebook" for the TV series Fringe, which is a beautiful book.

I don't think I will, but if people really love it, perhaps I will consider it. I know that these kinds of books are expensive, but it's still about 30 - 50 US dollars.

Maybe for Christmas. I bought all the companion books for Downton, but can't say they were that exciting. On the other hand I don't want to miss nice BTS pics or something...

Remember how excited we were about a particular spoiler picture in the DA S3 companion book?  Sadly I have nothing but bitterness for that show anymore...

I have the Outlander companion on pre-order. I will report back how I like it.

God yes! And I'm the same. I haven't rewatched a single episode since it ended and I don't see myself ever doing that.
