Lots of potential; 6 small changes would put it over

1. Have 2-3 clearer "moral dilemma" moments for Jericho to better track his arc & connect more with the audience. I was intellectually interested but not emotionally on board.
2. Give the Oldman & Jones characters 1-2 clearer personal motivation moments that give audience an idea of what they're dealing with beyond the plot of this movie.
3. Decrease explicit-ness / severity of brutality--especially the beginning Reynolds bits & some of the Jericho capers.
4. Replace Molla.
5. Make Gadot a rational person. Change the "go play with this stranger, honey" bits.
6. Don't take the kid hostage.

1, 2, 4 and 5 would be improvements.

3, the brutal violence, was part of what set this movie apart from standard PG-13 action flicks. Take it away and this is a high concept snoozer.

6, taking the kid hostage, was required to show that Jericho had learned to care.

I would have made just one change:

7. Have Jericho die at the end, sacrificing his life to save Emma. It's a much better story that way.

7. What the CIA didn't expect Jericho to come back to the house but the bad guys did, wft? At least they would have installed some street cameras to monitor.
