Does Kim just enjoy breaking rules or does she just dislike the ADA?

I'm just wondering, does Kim have something against the ADA from her past or does she just like breaking the rules now that she's been exposed to it through Jimmy? It just seems like maybe what she is doing is setting up for Suzanne, the ADA, to end up getting Chuck'd - i.e. pushing the ADA to her limits so much over something she just won't let go that the ADA may end up getting fired.

The ADA is right that there is something fishy about the whole thing, but she seems like the only one that really cares about it and may waste valuable resources over an assault that didn't even lead to a hospital visit.

I think there is cause for a legitimate objection to the desired sentencing. There does seem to be a racial thing going on compared to the other cases Kim brought up.

Plus the Cop is doing it to punish Jimmy because he wouldn't move on and sell his phones elsewhere, which Jimmy likely would have told Kim, remember the Cop saying to Jimmy Do you a favour? I was asking you for a favour etc. etc. (Cop's being petty in other words).

It's not Jimmy's fault. A big part of season 2 was Kim not just being excited by Jimmy's schemes but being good at them. Rhea herself says there's something in Kim's character or past that makes her like this.

“Not only does it never seem like foreign territory to her, she seems to recognize that in others. It’s not like she loved Jimmy despite him being a con. There’s something to her backstory.”

The truth is Kim was always Slippin Kimmy from some shitheel town in Nebraska and that's why she was attracted to Jimmy to begin with.

Yep been plenty of hints at it like I said in another thread here, including the week before last when Kim was an intern at HHM and she and Jimmy were running the Oscars sweep (I bet they were keeping most of the $'s). Also back in Season Two when the Schweikart and Cokely interview panel asked about her life before New Mexico she seemed to be thinking something else and then the look on her face when she went to the roof to have a cigarette was like a yeah got away with it.

Something else I notice is that Kim gets very upset when someone talks badly about Jimmy. Like the ADA calling him a scumbag suspended lawyer or all the times Chuck tried to turn her against him. She takes it very personally. She sees herself in what they're saying.
