Here's how the Fall schedule looks so far for LMOE:

Looks like they're spreading the episodes out a little more this season; s.2 started with five new ones in a row (Sept. 27 - Oct. 25), then three more in a row (Nov. 8 - 22). (I hope we still get two December episodes like we did last year, though...)

(No FG or LMOE, but there are new BB and Simpsons episodes that night, and SOZ is a rerun of the pilot.) 

Unless the 20th or 27th turns out to be a rerun, that'll be four new episodes in a row next month.

Turns out the 27th is indeed a rerun, probably due to the Thanksgiving holiday weekend... 

After the Dec. 14 midseason finale, looks like LMOE will go on hiatus until sometime in March. (I'm guessing that's also when the new series Making History, which I had been looking forward to, will finally premiere.) 

March?? Oh farts.. That's a long wait. I'm not a fan of the mid-season break.

I'm also looking forward to Making History and there's a new show on TBS called People of Earth that I want to check out (which apparently premiered Monday, whoops). It looks very weird.

Still, the way episodic tv is these days is annoying. Sure, a show like "Modern Family" works once a week, but that's because every episode is a unique story. Shows like TLMOE is more of a serial, and having to wait an entire week, let alone several months, to find out what happens in the next episode is frustrating to today's viewers, who are used to being able to stream entire seasons in a single viewing. Forte should have really waited until he could have gotten a deal with Netflix, which apparently was his original intent.

I've never had as much of a problem with LMOE because starting with the pilot, I've DVR'd each episode so I could give the last one a second watch shortly before the next one aired, though I do get that not everybody can -- or is willing to -- do that. 
