The issue with this movie (No Spoilers)

I watched the trailer of this movie and quickly hit play.

The main issue is that the movie is not what the trailer suggests, no suspense, action or whatsoever. Not that I do not like it because of that, but that was just misleading.

In addition, the movie is just slow, with not much going on.

I honestly didn't feel for a second any danger in the environment that she was living in. There is no build up. For instance the Martian, which some people have compared this movie with, it has some real threads, and Damon has to work his ass off to survive, there is none of that in this movie. The movie starts with her having everything is already done, food supply, water, even being able to breathe outside... depending on the area(?) I don't know I just didn't feel there was any danger.

The movie is not about surviving on a dying planet type of adventure, but more about deep human behaviour, and how people do not give up no matter the circumstances, even though this movie is just not as good as it was intended to be.

It's not what the trailer suggests, it's slow and way too dull. For me, a 4/10 just for the photography which is quite decent. The good news is the movie is quite short, so there is that.
