shareIf you ever actually read the comics, or knew anything about X-Men, you would know the role Wolverine fills and the dynamic between him and the other X-Men. He never really wanted to be in the X-Men. He does things his own way, and doesn't hold back any thing unlike, for example Cyclops who is much more cerebral, and cool-headed.
Wolverine is an anti-hero because he just is, by definition, he is much meaner and more aggressive than the other X-Men, you would almost expect him to be on Magneto's team. He smokes, he swears, he does everything a hero SHOULDN'T. Lastly, he's just badass. THAT'S why he's an anti-hero.
I would also add that being an anti-hero isn't a bad or negative thing , it just means not following the stereotypical blueprint of a hero or heroine.
