I mean I get it, its her "origin" and black widows origin was not a good one. But in a story of betrayal, loss, mind control, murderers ect, he was a breath of fresh air and hilarious

shareI think the 'family jokes' saved this film from mediocrity. Without the dynamic between 'parents and daughters' it would have been a long, fairly boring, CGI fest. And we've all seen too much of that in the last few years.

true but its a character whose entire backstory is being the Russian captain america. Then they gotta either ignore that but then the whole story changes, or have a good explanation as to why hes just using an American accent. but then again the whole story has to change as it wouldn't make sense he would maintain his American cover accent from decades ago if hes been in a Russian prison
