Why did they do it?
It was clearly premeditated and towards the end they allude to having done it before and it almost seems like they were hired.

Yeah blame mental illness. The catch all for people who are just being bad

one of them mentions something about keanu as a 1%, but roth's half-hearted attempt at any class warfare themes ring hollow. there is zero character development, thus nowhere to relate to the antagonists.
