Aidan Turner's Best Scenes

The last season of Poldark premiered in England a couple of days ago, so I'm thinking back over the series as a whole while I wait for PBS to air it in September.

The courtroom speech that Ross gives in his own defense in season 2 episode 2 is hands down the best acting Aidan Turner has done thus far in the series. It gives me chills, even more so than that famous stocking scene.

After that I'd say the scene at the end of season 1 when he has to console Demelza over the loss of baby Julia is his second best.

I have to give third place to a lesser known scene, but one of my favorites--when he flattens Matthew Sanson over the card table because he cheated in season 1 episode 6.
