Madison is playing Troy like a violin...

Very smart to use his ego and make him feel like a savior, because as unpredictable as he is the camp does need him and his militia.

She is inside his head now. Have you noticed that when Troy was giving a speech to his soldiers, camera was showing Madison standing in the background all the time, and at the end of the speech Troy looked at her like he was waiting for her approval.

And in the end of the episode he confessed to her about the killing. He obviously feels that she is on his side, understands him, and will keep it a secret. That's what she was going for, for Troy to think of her as an ally. She is manipulating him pretty good.

reply

And Jeremiah said he never knew what to do about Troy, so along with other people leaving/dying, Madison has effectively taken control over the whole camp.

reply

Yeah, but she better be very careful, cause in this episode we found out that Troy can't stand people betraying him. For a psycho, it's a small step from considering someone his best buddy to ending up killing him.

reply

Nick told her not to forget what he really is, so she probably will forget.

reply

Troy killed an entire family of innocent people. He needs to meet with an accident (rattlesnake). He is a danger to every human.

reply

He is the only guy capable of beating Walker. Jake thinks he can go meet Walker and talk it out, but Jake hasn't been out enough to see how people can change. Madison and her kids know exactly what is going to happen, so Alicia goes to try and bring Jake back while Madison tries to prepare Troy for a brutal confrontation.

reply

And how was it established that "He is the only guy capable of beating Walker" except through dialogue? Is it because he can murder innocent people in a basement, or because he can cut women's throats while they sleep or lead his militia members into an ambush? He has no special training. He has no military experience. He is a twenty something who grew up playing with guns, pulling the wings off birds and pretending to be a soldier.

reply

Yes, he is a sick puppy, and so is the guy they are going to have to fight. They've done this theme before with Daniel, he tortured the soldier to find the truth about Operation Cobalt, and Madison let him do it.

reply

He is a Psychopath and will probably flip and try to kill Madison and her family if/when her realises she's using him.

reply

My thoughts after watching that episode is that now she's crossed a line where the writers would have a good excuse to kill her off. Get rid of her and reboot the show around Alicia.

reply

Yes, agreed. She is good at this. I hope it doesn't go bad though. Troy is a hot potato!
