MLK sure, but we see Stokley Carmichael but no Malcolm?

I think Malcolm X at this time was overseas .

That is correct. Malcom became disenchanted with the Nation of Islam and traveled to Africa and the Middle East, eventually becoming a Sunni Muslim.
