Sid Shattuck (spoilers)
Did Gosling's character kill him when he lost his gun falling? Did Amelia kill him? Or was it Amelia's mother like she told them? She seemed to avoid eye contact with them when she said it, so it made it seem like she was lying. And Shattuck looked like he had been shot in the eye, a stray bullet from the gun going off would make sense.
