Yes, it lost millions. Joel Silvers ( not him ) investors lost millions. Warmer lost a few millions.

The movie just about broke even, costing $50 million to make and bringing in $57,261,763 worldwide.

I'm not surprised since it's too eccentric and oddball to have mainstream success. Sorry it didn't succeed, but it's my kind of movie, very clearly influenced by The Big Lebowski, and I have no doubt it will gain a cult audience like that film.
