This is, like, the first Lifetime movie ever i'd actually watch!

...i can't explain why..

I guess SAVED BY THE BELL was a seminal film of my youth. But not only my youth, but then the way that channels like TBS replayed those episodes ad nauseum in batches for what seems like the last 15 years, this show has stuck with me ALL this time.

And, for whatever reason, i've never gotten tired of it. And based on the stories that we already know about the actors (Dustin's struggles to legitimize himself, Lark's struggles, Elizabeth Berkley's career, etc.), i dunno.. This is like the perfect storm of smut, for me.

I've watched Lifetime movies...most aren't too good or memorable...but this would be a definite must-see, yeah. Don't know how great it'll be, but it surely inspires curiosity. Saved By the Bell is an iconic show and captured a generation, so a lot of us will be particularly interested in what they're doing here.
