Little idiotic inconsistencies will kill a movie

--We have to see the opening scene of them driving by the same area twice?

--It’s flooding rain, yet there’s a easy trail of fresh blood in the road that the rain can’t seem to wash away. Just for Lizzy to see so she can follow it into the woods.

--The car battery is dead, but the high beams work just fine for your convenience. You sure don’t wanna miss the inconsistent actions of the monster.

--When they mention to the tow truck driver about the wolf that was in the road, he somehow knew exactly where to point his flashlight to look for it.

--The car had a broken axle. A few conventional tools and sliding under a lowered car is not gonna do anything for that.

----When the paramedic saw the arm and called for animal control, she decided to go look around for what detached that arm from the body? High up in the trees? I guess she needed to stall while her parter somehow got ninja-killed by the inconsistent monster. (he wanted to keep that one quiet)

--Why did the paramedic kick out the windsheild. Actually, how was she able to kick it out so easily.

--The creature confused me. He seemed to be able to kill everyone without effort except for our main characters. I guess he wanted to tease them a little. Sneak up on em, throw a arm on the car, yank mom out the window but have the inability to kill her. (For a second, I thought she was gonna whip his ssA). Chase down the ambulance and let them sit in there a bit to think about things. And right on cue, he knew to come into the ambulance when the teddy bear was singing. And what the hell was he attacking while in there. At times he seemed methodically smart, and other times he seemed like a dumb brute. It almost seems like he read a (poorly written) script before he jumped in there.

--Interesting background on the characters, but you need such things as fill-in when you can't write a good horror movie.

--I watch a lot of horror movies, and there's ALWAYS a close-to-indestructible girl who is last (wo)man standingl. This is the youngest one I've seen yet. Give me a break.

Movie was a waste of time. Poorly directed, poorly written.

I completely agree! Especially about the monster's inconsistent behavior. So ridiculous.
