So the original Sheriff Truman is supposed to be sick?

And Robert Forster is his brother who replaced him as Sheriff? Or is Robert Forrester supposed to be the Truman from the original show?

Cause i know Michael Ontkean didn't come back for the role, and i heard Robert Forster was replacing him, but he's not supposed to be the same character is he just his brother?

Robert Forster is Frank Truman, Harry's brother. Lucy mentions in the first episode that there are two Sheriff Trumans.

Oh yeah yeah i understand, thanks, i was just a little confused at first. I'm glad their not trying to say he's the same character despite not looking or sounding nothing like Michael Ontkean.
