Critics will be critics but this particular gripe takes the cake

So in some of the negative reviews I've perused at rottentomates.com and seen via youtube.com, the argument of "There's not enough character development!", really leaves me dumbfounded.

Hey critics, do you remember the freaking EIGHTEEN (that's a 1, followed by an 8, in numeric) PREVIOUS M.C.U. MOVIES that introduced ALL of these characters and were building to this grand movie moment or where you sniffing glue, punch-drunk or too lazy to actually watch those movies all the way through, post credit scenes and all?

Seriously, this is truly a B.S. criticism.

Every single character in AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR has had their backstory either explored in depth or touched upon to where you know the details (such as with Hawkeye and Black Widow) of their history. Probably the least developed characters in the past 4 movies were Scarlett Witch/Wanda Maximov and Vision. And they had more intimate moments in this new movie than most other characters.

So please critics, if you don't like the movie, then you don't like it. My life's happiness and that of other fans isn't contingent on whether you like a movie we do, or what rating you give said movie. But PLEASE, let's dispense with this lazy, ignorant, oft-repeated argument of not having enough character development. That's just stupid. If you can't figure out who these characters are and what their motivations are, after 18 movies, then go back to reading kids pop-up books with REALLY BIG LETTERS so you can "get it."

Got it?

Sheeeesh!!!!
