Let's stack the MCU movies up against each other

Do it however you want. You can feel free to rate-and-rank them or something else.

I have not seen Ant-Man 1 and 2, Age of Ultron or Captain Marvel, but of the rest here's how I feel about them:

NOT VERY GOOD, ONLY WATCH TO COMPLETE THE SERIES:

Iron Man 2, Iron Man 3, Thor: The Dark World, The Avengers

PRETTY GOOD, BUT NOT EXCELLENT:

Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Captain America, Doctor Strange, Captain America: Civil War, Guardians Vol 2, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Avengers: Infinity War

EXCELLENT, MUST SEE:

Iron Man, Captain America: Winter Soldier, Guardians of the Galaxy, Black Panther, Thor: Ragnarok, Avengers: Endgame

Incredible Hulk is not really MCU at this point. Captain Marvel and Ant Man and the Wasp you can just skip to the end credits. All the other titles are essential viewing.

The Incredible Hulk is an MCU movie, even if no one pays attention to it. It is officially the second release in the MCU.

As for the films I haven't seen, I tried to watch both Ant-Man and Age of Ultron, but only got about halfway before tapping out. Just couldn't get into them. Obviously I haven't even attempted the Ant-Man sequel. Captain Marvel I was interested in but then Brie Larson went and pissed me off.

I think Winter Soldier definitely deserves to be in the top tier.

I will never understand why some people liked the first Avengers so much. I was bored by it and just didn't think it worked nearly as good as most of the solo films had. I don't feel like they actually figured out how to make a good Avengers film until Endgame.

I would be in perfect agreement with your Tier 1 if you hadn't thrown Infinity War in there. I get that the film was very significant to the story, but the movie itself almost put me to sleep.

I also think you're being too hard on Thor. It's a fun enough movie and should, at worst, be in Tier 3. I'd also bump Captain America up to Tier 2.

I think The MCUs top 5 are truly Special.

The Avengers is IMO the best CBM ever made.

The Winter Soldier IMO Is the Best Overall MCU film

Infinity War IMO successfully Bought and Told The story of The Great Villain and Threat ever put on screen

Endgame Has The Greatest Hour in CBM history and not since Return of The King as anyone Finished a Story,Franchise and Dozens of Characters ark with such mastery

Civil War IMO May have The Best Story and Writing In All The MCU films..The way they wrote This story and conflict between all of These characters(especially Stark and Cap) In which You completely understand BOTH Sides, and the way Neither Side Is Wrong and are Both completely justified in their Stance, was just MASTERFULLY done... .....

The Ending is just Another Level of Writing..You have Cap,Tony and Bucky, and Yet You completely understand and feel for all 3 characters, You completely understand why Tony is trying to KILL Bucky and is willing to go through Cap to get to him after learning Bucky Killed Him Parents....You completely understand why Cap is defending Bucky knowing he was brainwashed and Is his best friend, and somehow you complete Feel for Bucky even after watching him do something as Evil as KILL Tony's parents....Just Insane Writing, and for an example, This isnt exactly easy, Look no further than BvS to see just how WRONG writing a movie like this can go...
