Should Dr. Doom be hinted at before the FF are introduced?

I think that the Fantastic Four will cameo in something probably Avengers 6 before their movie. Doom could appear in Avengers 5 since it is called Secret Wars.

They're getting their own movie six months before Avengers 5, which is called The Kang Dynasty. Secret Wars is Avengers 6.

I don't see how Doom fits in anywhere. Captain America 4 is coming out and its titled New World Order. Hulk Hogan and Kevin Nash are rumored to be 2 of the main villains.

Dr. Doom existing prior to the FF being hinted at will be challenging. The FF are adventurers not crime fighters and the MCU has to be able to have some compelling adventures (besides the negative zone) for them to be a part of.

Victor von Doom should be introduced but not Dr. Doom.

von Doom has a Doctorate in Physics Degree. So he is a Doctor.

Ugh! I vehemently hate and despise what you said. I'd rather they not do him at all if that's really their plan. Zemo was disappointing enough.
