mystery guy after the credits (spoilers)

First of all i thought Darlene was gonna get killed in a shocking surprise drive by the way it was going.But then the camera pans around to this albino looking pale faced guy that were all suppose to be shocked to see.Anyone know who he's supposed to be.

I vaguely remember the character.Not so much so that i would recognize his face 2 seasons later.Thanks for answering the question.

Yeah, I have been expecting him, so when we saw the car again and definitely when the doors opened, I suspected it would be him.

Forgive my amnesia, but what did this guy do previously in the story? Was he the guy that Elliott broke out of jail?

I wouldn't recognize his face, perhaps, but it's impossible not to recognize his speech.
