What the heck did the last line mean?

Her last words in the movie were "I guess I'm pot committed." Was she planning on going into the marijuana industry? (I turned on subtitles to be sure, and that was what she said). Perhaps this is another one of those unknown--to most people--gambling terms which the movie is riddled with? It must be explained in the book if anybody who's read it can help me out here.

im not well versed in poker talk but i think pot committed means that you are so deep into the hand due to how much you have bet, that you are better off staying in the game till the river (final card)

im probably wrong but thats how i understand it
