Billions has always been too smugly pleased with what it thinks is its grasp of pop culture, but what asshole decided to play Bob fucking Dylan singing “Like a Rolling Stone” during the season finale?? Yeah, I know the ep title felt the need to quote a line from the song, but someone who can actually sing surly has done a cover version of it in the past half-fucking-century, and a version that is not as terribly recorded as Dylan’s acoustically bright and flat (audiophile terms) rendition, which sounds like it was recorded between 2 tin cans connected by a taught string. 🤮🤮🤮
