Wait... so season 1 ends after only 8 episodes?!?!

No Fuggin way that's how they end it?! That was too much of a cliffhanger dammit!!!

reply

Hey, 9th episode is out! Please check that. Also, this season has 10 episodes. After that, there will be some OVA's being released every two weeks or so.

reply

Yes thank you! I already had a buddy explain that to me, thank god... I thought this would be a repeat of Attack on Titan Season 2 all over again... waiting almost 3 goddamn years for them to produce another *beep* season has been unbearable...

reply

Preach, brother! I am watching the live action movies of Attack on Titan to keep myself sane in the meantime. Problem is the movies are pretty *beep* but entertaining nonetheless!

reply

I believe there are 12 episodes, end of the alien arc and then 6 ova's that are 10 min or so a piece that are original stories.

There's total of 12 episodes, 8th episode can't be final in any way too.

We live in Matrix, don't say otherwise.

It's gonna take a year or more for more episodes after 12 (the 21sts' season finale) sooo damn. At least we have OAVs in the meantime:The next one will be on December 24th, "A Shadow That Snuck Up Too Close" and then late January and then 4 more and a looong break.

Morpheus, Orpheus, drinkin' a 40 in a DEATH BASKET! urnGh

I can take a year, hell I can even understand 2 years, even if it IS pushing it, but now that Attack on Titan S2 has finally shown some footage and claimed a solid release date, by the time that S2 begins it's gonna be running over 3 *beep* Years since the 1st season aired! That's bananas!!

Like I said, if OPM Season 2 comes out by summer 2018, at the very latest, then I'll be fine... it'll be a long wait, but when you think of Attack on Titan as the equivalent, it's nowhere near as bad...

reply

I wouldn't even get too excited for Attack On Titan S2. Since they're not going to follow the manga anymore it's basically glorified filler. It's probably going to be more like the live action movie in terms of quality of story. I hope I'm wrong but I'm not optimistic in that show's future.

reply

You are wrong.

They ARE going to follow the manga, otherwise they would've aired the episodes already. Even the directors/producers said they were going to remain faithful, there's no reason why they wouldn't.

Stop reading those crappy articles also known as "clickbait", they have 0 truth to them.

Fine, fine, I'll leave! But first I'm going to bother these peanuts! Hmm? Yes? Hmm? HMM?
