Digital Hd Only Extended Director's Cut(12 min longer)

Guys i know that everyone is mad because the extended cut will be in the digital hd only but i don't understand because i live in Israel and i download movies from torrent sites so i need to know if the extended cut will be in the torrent sites like furious 7 or batman and superman extended cut or only another movie.
Also if i must buy the digital hd extended cut its doesn't work because it say that its not supported in our country so i am afraid that i will not be able to watch the Extended Director's Cut in any way.
Also in Uphe.com website in the information of the movie its say the extended cut is 12min longer than the regular version...
