Why can't all Muslims be like Naya Temple?

I like how she can separate her faith from her job (unlike that one in congress). She doesn't need to wear her religious headgear (hijab) when on the job and only does it in private or when she has alone time in the office. Feels normal, at least for me it does.

I think your question speaks to the quality of this series.

A rare gem in the endless fields of tv shows.

Just too many shows coming out, especially on HBO, Netflix, etc. Hard to pick an choose what to watch or find the time to.

That’s why I come here and to IMDb, to read user reviews. Just last night, I discovered the Netflix series, Marco Polo, started watching, read a review informing me it was cancelled without an ending, and stopped watching.

No need to make this thread about Muslims. MOST of the Old White Christian Men in government bring their faith to their job and inject their beliefs into public policy. Plenty of them are far more pushy about their beliefs than what you're decrying here.

Those Old White Christian Men are annoying, but how many of them have violently annihilated 3,000 innocent people in the name of their religion?

You mean the one who married her brother and how is connected to dealings with the middle east?

reply

That's got to be one the stupidest comments I've ever seen in print. Are you a bigot?

reply

Truth hurts sometimes doesn't it? If 3,000 of your family members were whacked you'd be a bigot too.
