That "waaaaaaaaaaaa" sound in the background of every scene...
Has anyone noticed the "score" in each of the Chicago shows? It's more of a background, ambient noise, or sound effect.....and it's in almost every scene. I get that it's meant to increase the drama and tension...or "mood" of a scene. And it's clever, because it's kinda subtle. But it's also annoying...and manipulative. DO we really need to be spoon-fed that a scene is dramatic?
When watching a scene....picture it WITH...and WITHOUT that orchestral "waaaaaaaaa" in the background.
