Great show to stream to kill time with entertainment, but not really memorable.

The premise of this show is that the CIA seems to work outside it's own organization and charters families to take care of jobs that get a "no" with a wink and a nod from the higher ups.

It is kind of a comedy, but since it doesn't really comment on anything real, it's just kind of a time waster ... like most of TV. It is entertaining and I liked seeing Kurtwood Smith as the lead (spy) character's boss in his corporate disguise as he operates in Luxembourg.

A clever and smart series with maybe just a little too much cool, or clever. I was wondering if there are more seasons to this other than just the one? I think it must have gotten cancelled, which is probably about right, although Patriot is smarter and better than most of the other series.

It took me a while to not be irked by it not fitting into any other series' mold, and the odd humourous aspects of the show, heavy on sarcasm and irony.
