I've just seen the Superbowl 51 trailer and I'm intrigued. But I don't have the time or money or patience (to wait) for the movie. Can someone just use this thread of mine to spoil everything? What happens?

The institute is basically run by a guy thats been alive for 200 years with his 12 year old daughter and they do this by using eels in the water that prevent aging. To get the cure they must place the eels in the human body to filter the cure.
