Looks like a remake of Shutter Island
Based solely on the trailer. I'd say it's 90% likely to have the same 'twist' as well (which was predictable as hell in that movie as well).

Exactly what I was thinking and knew if I came here I would find a message board like this. Is this film based off a book like Shutter Island is?
