Make it bleed with that tiny plastic sub? Really? And then that super hero like harpoon to the eye thing Statham did that practically incapacitated such a massive creature.
Ridiculous. It just felt so inorganic and forced.
Also, what attacked the sub in the beginning that Statham was rescuing people from because only later do they inadvertently create a warm hole for the sharks to escape through. I missed some of the beginning I think.

I feel like the intro could've in reality been Statham's own psychology like the doctor said.
He panicked and went a little crazy..
Guess later when the Meg is actually involved Statham plays it off like that shit attacked him 5 years ago.
I seriously didn’t expect anything less. And I mean that in a good way. Also, the harpoon did more damage to the Meg than you might think.
Ridiculous? Well, duh. But above all, a total blast.
