Perfect example of what a good Director with a low budget can do! Avoid spoilers!

Good movie. We went in cold, flipping through Netflix and it looked interesting. I had a vague idea of where it might go but ... well, no spoilers. For some reason I thought it would be a horror movie but it's not. The cast was good with the main 2 girls showing real talent. It was interesting how every character had their time in the spotlight and no one was relegated to the background although the kids played smaller roles. The directors kept everyone moving and doing rather than standing around dialoguing which is a common flaw in low budget movies. There wasn't an excessive amount of panting which passes for acting these days. Overall I was very impressed considering I had never heard of the movie or any of the actors or directors (plural because there are 2 director credits).
