I'm curious, if Satan tortures and punishes those who have sinned in hell, isn't he sort of a good guy doing the lord's work? Why would he punish those who align with his values???
Satan isn't in Hell. Where did you get that from? He is in the "Aer" which is close to Earth. He was one of 5 covering angels on the throne of God. He rebelled against God. Traded against God (means slandered God, and convinced 1/3 of Gods angels to join him in rebellion).
Michael the archangel went to war with him (already) and cast him down to Earth where he and his fallen angels dwell in the "Aer" to make war with man here on Earth. He will be thrown into the pit after Jesus returns for 1000 years, during Jesus millennial reign on Earth, then he will be loosed for a while to make war with man for another short while, and then he will be thrown into the "Lake of Fire" where he will be tormented forever and ever. That's what the Bible ACTUALLY says.
I mean if he is so evil, logically satan would band everyone together to overthrow heaven. Especially considering that Christians think they are the only ones who can get in. Y'all are out numbered if satan decides to militarize.

It doesn't sound like you've ever read it. Which is fine. It took me a long time to actually read it as well. But I wasn't so snarky about something I knew nothing about. Perhaps if you actually took the time to read it, you would find it to be logical. Or you can just listen to this:

Christians are the only ones who go not to heaven but the New Earth. Another misconception. After Judgment we don't go to heaven but we are given a New Earth and a new heaven but Jesus will dwell with us in the new Jerusalem on the New Earth (after the old Earth passes away). That's in Revelation.

Is there a reason that nothing comes up on Google when I search for this, other than the covering for a chalice? And you should probably tell kurt about this, I'm pretty sure he thinks that Satan is in Hell sending out emails to people.
Also, is the "Aer" anywhere near where Cthulhu lives?

I think Lena is here invoking Ephesians 2:2, which refers to "the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient." The Greek word for "air," ἀέρος, is sometimes rendered in the English alphabet as "aer." It means the air close to the Earth's surface, as opposed to the "aither," the outer atmosphere of space.

Thank you Top Frog. Exactly. Aer as opposed to Aiether or how you spelled it. The lower atmosphere vs the upper atmosphere. Where Satan with his demons dwell. Which is why folks are deceived into believing there are aliens or alien contact. Or sometimes even angelic contact. Very deceptive.

This will be a big disappointment to kurt, who has assured me of the evidence for aliens and UFO contact seen presented on cable TV shows and YooToob.
Also your division of the atmosphere does not reflect the far more complex divisions made by meteorological science today based on empirical research and observation, while 'aether' as a concept is charmingly ancient and medieval.
