Godzilla is a pimp, but Kong has incredible physical athleticism. If he gets past Godzilla's fire, and gets those mitts on him, there would be no way Godzilla could grapple with him.

shareThis is Woke Island Films 101. They will likely team up to fight an even bigger monster, such as an alien robot or an exploding volcano that turns loose an evil and terrifying creature, such as the Toxic Avenger.
After winning, Kong & Zilla fist-bump paws-to-claws and drink whatever product placement beverage is available in front of a billboard with another product placement. And they make two sequels.
I'm sure they'll have paws-to-claws first, then realize they're on the same team. Then they'll team-up Marvel style, and go kick some alien robot ass. Ending scene: Godzilla yelling, and Kong thumping his chest.

shareI pretty much predicted it. Kong & Godzilla fight each other twice, then team up to defeat MegaGodzilla. They did not need all those humans in the cast. The suspension of disbelief was impossible with the tiny deaf and blind girl; beyond ridiculous. Too many unnecessary humans, but the film delivered and earned its huge box office.
