Shooting up a party with a unique weapon with unique bullets is stupid

It's about episode 2:
If you need to shoot a waitress why not just follow her from the party and shoot her with some generic pistol

Too easy. Not to mention the head bad guy (ATF) toting a 6 to 8 pound rifle after being shot in the right shoulder. But this is Hollywood. Nothing is real.

well he also told the cops where the weapon was made! haha, still a very entertaining show.

I would say my memory is not what it used to be. But I don't remember what my memory used to be.
