Worst death scene ever.

The dude that got killed in the pool at the beginning doesn't remotely look dead in the pictures we see on the tablet. The actor is raising his head up over the water, the least he could have done is hold his breath for a few seconds when they took the picture.

I'm not sure without looking at a still shot, but I recall he was shot in water barely above his ankles in a shallow area connected to the main pool. I think its weird he looks like he's in the pool when the investigation is going on.
